This is a plain-language privacy notice for the RAVN marketing site and product surfaces. It is not a substitute for formal legal counsel.
Who we are
RAVN operates ravn.exchange (marketing), app.ravn.exchange (swap app / API), and docs.ravn.exchange (documentation). Contact: team@ravn.exchange.
What we collect
- Marketing site: standard web logs and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser data, and referrers.
- App / API: wallet addresses you connect or supply, transaction and quote metadata needed to route and settle swaps, API key identifiers for integrators, and operational logs (including request IDs).
- Communications: email or social messages you send us when requesting access or support.
What we do not do
RAVN does not take custody of user funds as part of a swap. Settlement is performed by independent venue infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Routing uses third-party venues and infrastructure (for example RFQ networks, intent solvers, RPC providers). Analytics and hosting providers process data as processors. Their policies apply to their processing.
Retention and rights
We retain operational and analytics data only as long as needed for security, product, and legal purposes. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Email team@ravn.exchange.
