These terms govern use of ravn.exchange, app.ravn.exchange, and the RAVN Integrator API. RAVN is in beta. This summary is provided for clarity and is not individualized legal advice.
The service
RAVN provides a cross-chain execution interface and API that routes swaps across third-party venues. RAVN does not custody user funds and does not guarantee quotes, settlement times, or venue availability.
Beta software
Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. Integrator API keys may be rate-limited or revoked for abuse or security reasons.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for wallet security, key management, and verifying transaction details before signing or sending.
- You must comply with applicable laws (including sanctions and export rules) in your jurisdiction.
- You will not misuse the API (spam, fraud, attacks on infrastructure, or attempts to reverse-engineer in violation of law).

Nothing on the site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and risky.
Third-party venues
Settlement depends on independent venues. Their terms, risks, and fees may apply. RAVN is not liable for venue outages, reorgs, or counterparty failures beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVN and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds arising from user error, smart-contract or venue risk, or network conditions. The service is provided "as is."
